- There are at least four Sam Moores. 1) An early 20th century Vaudeville musician known for his use of unconventional instruments. He was known to play rubber balloons, the singing saw, and the octo-chorda, an eight string steel guitar used in his most famous song, "Laughing Rag". 2) A soul singer best known for his work in the duo Sam & Dave. 3) Drummer of hardcore punk band Loud Youth 4) Soul singer from Leicester, currently studying at Exeter Univeristy Cornwall Campus.
