Artwork Ownership and Use Agreement
- This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of electronic acceptance by the party accessing the website "Guestpectacular" (the "Website").

- Termination. The Owner may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the Website shall immediately cease all use of the Artwork.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
