- WHO WE ARE When two veteran musicians in the prime of their career met an attractive newcomer with an amazing voice it was a match made in heaven. Mell & Vintage Future are a Dutch trio who play rootsy rhythm ’n Blues & Soul. Mell is a one of a kind singer with a deep voice that touches the heart immediatetly. Nico Brandsen (Hammond organ) is widely known for his edgy magic with vintage equipment. Ton Dijkman (drums) is considered one of Holland’s finest musicians. In december 2021 he was awarded with the Sena Humble Heroes Award.
