- Fear and the Nervous System is an industrial / experimental rock band based in New York City and formed by Korn guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer. In early 2008, Shaffer announced plans to release a new project entitled Fear and the Nervous System (a reference to Michael Powell's 1960 film "Peeping Tom").
