- Marija Šerifović (Serbian Cyrillic: Марија Шерифовић; born November 14, 1984, in Kragujevac, Serbia) is a Serbian pop singer and the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2007. She is the daughter of folk singer Verica Šerifović. In 2003, Marija released her debut album, titled "Naj, najbolja" ("The Very Best"), which was well received by the public. She participated in the Budva Festival, in Montenegro, with the song "Gorka čokolada", but didn't achieve any major success.
