- There are two bands that have gone by the name Dr. Acula. 1) Dr. Acula was a deathcore band from Long Island, New York. 2) Dr. Acula was the original name of the band Bear vs. Shark. 1) Dr. Acula was a deathcore band from Long Island, New York.
