- Below the Neck are a Melodic Hardcore band from Inverness, formed in 2018. The band consists of Thomas Woolley (vocals), Conor Hedges (guitar), Rory Troup (guitar), Johnny Fowler (bass) and Finnbar Connell (drums). The band made their live debut in September 2018, supporting fellow Highlanders Spoke Too Soon at their performance at the Ironworks, Inverness. Their debut release, Waste of Life, followed a year later. Their second EP, An Imminent End, was recorded in October 2020 during the national COVID-19 lockdown.
